To film I used both the schools video camera as well as my own ipad. I found that the quality on my ipad was much better at times. In different situations with different types of lightings as well as the setting, the video camera performed much better with a good quality. I filmed in a range of different locations and countries including England, Dubia, Istanbul, Tokyo, Hong Kong and New york. I thought that a range of different locations would make my video interesting as well as showing some momumental buildings like New Yorks, Central Station. I did not have a plan of what to film when I was on holiday but everyday I would record some footage of different landmarks and different scenarios for example I took full advantage of being on the famous Japanese bullet train. In England I filmed mainly around Essex at places such as Epping Forest, my house and a local subway. When travelling to Brighton I captured some footage of the big wheel on Brighton's sea front as well as some oncoming traffic.
Above are images showing evidence of filming and my different filming techniques. In some of the pictures you can see me sitting in a boot of a car so I could record tracking back smoothly, as well as standing outside of a sunroof in the car to record smoothly whilst going along. In the last picture I am actually on the big wheel in Brighton trying to get footage of the city from a high angle view.
